As noted previously, The Tanglewilde Civic Club will be holding its regular quarterly meeting on May 30, 2024.

The event will take place from 7:00-9:00 pm at Los Tios (Westheimer).

This meeting will be light on business (mostly the basic officer reports, per the bylaws).

We will try to work through our routine business quickly, as we do have a guest speaker:

Mark Hubenak, the Vice President for Public Safety with the Westchase District, will be joining us. Mr. Hubenak will give us an overview of the Westchase District and take questions from the audience. Several residents have engaged with Mr. Hubenak in an effort to address some of the problems with the parking lot at LA Fitness, and we decided to invite him to a meeting to come visit with interested neighbors.

The Tanglewilde Civic Club will be holding its next quarterly board meeting on May 30, 2024.

The event will take place from 7-9 pm at the Los Tios meeting room.

This time, we will feature a presentation from Mark Hubenak, the Vice President for Public Safety with the Westchase District. The Tanglewilde Civic Club will be holding its annual membership/elections meeting on January 25, 2024.

The meeting will take place from 7:00 – 8:00 pm at Los Tios (Westheimer).

Officers for 2024 will be elected by secret ballot at the meeting.

Only paid members of the club may run for office and/or vote in the election, and dues must be paid the week before the meeting.

Any member wishing to run should notify the secretary one week before the election (info@tanglewilde.cc).

No additional program is planned for the membership/elections meeting. The agenda is posted below.

The general meeting will take place from 7:00 – 7:45 pm at Los Tios (Westheimer) but we have the meeting space until 9:00 pm.

The remainder of the time will be used as a neighborhood holiday social, to accept 2024 membership dues, and discuss neighborhood and other issues informally (sorry, we have no funds to sponsor food/drink).

The event will take place from 7-9 pm at the Los Tios meeting room (same as last time).

A full agenda will be posted soon, but PLEASE SAVE THE DATE as we anticipate only a small amount of business to be conducted and intend to use the rest of our time as a neighborhood holiday social and to accept 2024 membership dues.
